The system including one high-consistency refiner which can satisfy the paper machine to produce 200 tons of paper, and there is no need to connect the low-consistency refiner and leveling mill in series. Through the joint efforts of both parties, Longpai Industrial Group produces toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, etc , on the premise that all indicators of the paper are qualified, the ratio of bamboo eucalyptus pulp can be effectively reduced by 20%-30%, the energy consumption of beating can be reduced by 15-20kw, and the production of full eucalyptus wood pulp can be realized; The air dust is reduced, the content of fine fibers in white water is reduced, the coiling rate is increased by 2%, the speed of the paper machine is increased, and good economic benefits have been obtained.
