The structure of the mill is a single-disc type high-consistency disc mill, which is equipped with a straight shaft, and the main shaft and the moving plate realize the axial movement of the moving plate under the action of the servo motor drive mechanism. The parallelism of the moving plate and the static plate is high, which can meet the requirements of the dynamic and static grinding discs under working conditions. The main motor transmits the power to the main shaft through the coupling.

The high-consistency refiner is mainly composed of main shaft assembly, grinding chamber assembly, servo drive mechanism, lubrication system and other related accessories. The whole machine has compact structure, good rigidity and flexible and easy operation.

In the grinding chamber assembly, the grinding body and the grinding cover are connected by bolts, and the grinding body cover can be quickly opened when replacing the grinding disc, which saves working time and can achieve fast and correct installation and reset.

The lubrication system supplies oil to the main bearings via a separate oil pump motor. The lubrication system has the functions of alarm and automatic shutdown. When the lubricating oil temperature exceeds the warning value, or the lubricating oil pressure is lower than the warning value, the system will alarm first and then automatically stop.

The mill is driven by a servo motor, the gear set is driven by the reducer, and the thrust is distributed to the lifts on both sides to ensure stable thrust and precise clearance control.
